We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How to Request a Return Please contact us at eluntrix@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled or modified within 15 minutes of placing the order. After this window, the order may have already been processed and cannot be changed.

Non-Returnable Items Items damaged due to misuse or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
